Body Flex Bowl | Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1 teaspoon of seasoning salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of adobo seasoning
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 red onion, quartered with root intact for grilling
  • 1 green & red pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 sweet potato, skin removed and sliced thick
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil for grilling
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime ¼ cup avocado oil, plus more for the grill
Directions
  • Season pork tenderloin with seasoning salt, pepper and adobo seasoning.
  • Set grill to medium high heat at 375-400 degrees F. Place the Pork Tenderloin over direct heat for about 3-5 minutes on each side. Then move the Pork Tenderloin to indirect heat until internal temp reaches 145 degrees F. Allow a three-minute rest.
  • Grilled Veggies: Season all veggies with salt, pepper & a little EVOO.
  • Add all red onion & peppers to direct heat to get a good char on them for about 5 minutes depending on how hot your grill gets. Cook veggies over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Add sweet potatoes to grill and cook over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side to get a good char then transfer to indirect (low) heat to continue cooking for 2 minutes.

Jerk Grilled Tenderloin with Mango Avocado Kale Salad
Ingredients
  • 2 Pork Tenderloins, 1 lb. each
  • 2 tsp. salt (or salt to your liking)
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp. allspice berries or ground allspice
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 habanero pepper (substitute with habanero hot sauce)
  • 2 tbsp. of minced ginger
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime ¼ cup avocado oil, plus more for the grill
  • 3 cups shredded kale
  • 1 carrot, peeled and julienned
  • ½ cup sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh mint (or cilantro) leaves
  • 1 ripe but firm mango, peeled and sliced thin
  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 avocado, peeled and diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  • Season both sides of the Pork Tenderloins with salt. Transfer to a resealable zip lock bag.
  • In a blender, combine the scallions, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, habanero pepper, ginger, garlic, honey, soy sauce, lime juice and avocado oil. Puree until smooth.
  • Pour the marinade over the Pork Tenderloins and seal the bag. Rotate the meat until it is covered in marinade. Refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • Preheat your grill for high heat on one side and medium to low heat on the other side.
  • Remove the Pork Tenderloins from the bag and brush off excess marinade. Discard used marinade.
  • Oil your grill grates and sear all sides of the Pork Tenderloins on the hottest area of the grill. This should take about 4 minutes. When you have nice grill marks, transfer the Pork Tenderloins to the cooler side of the grill and cook, turning frequently, until each one reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. This should take another 15 minutes or so.
  • Salad Directions: To prepare the kale salad, combine the kale, carrot, onion, mint, and mango in a bowl and toss together. Drizzle with avocado oil, lime juice, and vinegar, then toss again. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fold in the avocado chunks just before serving.

Ingredients
  • 1lb pork tenderloin
  • 1-2 tablespoons cajun seasoning (Salt-free cajun seasoning is recommended to control the salt intake)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons EVOO
Sauteed Cabbage
  • Green cabbage, shredded
  • 1-2 teaspoons adobo seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon EVOO
  • A splash of water
  • Kosher salt & black pepper, to taste
Directions
  • Combine cajun seasoning, EVOO, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Slather on the marinade onto the pork tenderloin and let marinate for at least 24 hours.
  • Bring pork tenderloin to room temperature, at least one hour.
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • On medium-high heat, drizzle EVOO in an oven safe pan like a cast iron, sear pork tenderloin on all sides until browned, about 4-5 minutes each side. The goal is not to fully cook the pork at this stage, just get a good sear on it.
  • Place in oven and cook until 145 degrees internal, about 25 minutes.
  • Remove and let it rest for 10 minutes so juices can redistribute throughout.
Instructions Sauteed Cabbage
  • In a non stick pan on medium heat, add EVOO to the pan, add cabbage, and season with kosher salt and black pepper.
  • Let cabbage sautee and whittle it down, about 3 minutes. Add adobo seasoning and toss together.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Kikkoman Takumi Korean BBQ
  • Dash of sriracha
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Toasted Sesame seeds
  • Kikkoman Sesame oil
  • Toothpicks
Directions
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once the skillet is hot, add in the pork, Takumi sauce, sriracha and cook until browned. Remove from heat.
  • Separate romaine leaves from stalks and set aside. Fill lettuce leaves with coleslaw mix and top with pork mixture. Drizzle a small amount of sesame oil and sesame seeds over pork. Wrap leaves up into a roll and use a toothpick to hold them together, you may need 2-3 leaves to hold it together. Cut into bite sized pieces, about 1-2 inch wide. You can use toothpicks to hold the sections together and serve to customers.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 1 cup light Sour Cream
  • 1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
  • 1 (9oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and well drained
  • 3-4 small sweet peppers, diced
  • 1/4 tsp Lawry’s garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp Lawry’s Season salt
  • Dash of Cholula
Directions
  • Drain and finely chop artichoke hearts and peppers. Drain spinach into a bowl, make sure as much water is squeezed out as possible. Mix together all ingredients and serve with pita chips!

  • 1 (8 ounce) container WHIPPED cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Kraft mayonnaise
  • 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian salad dressing mix
  • 2 medium cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 pinch dried dill weed
  • Triscuits or Wheat Thins
Directions
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise and Italian dressing mix. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.
  • Spread the cream cheese blend onto crackers. Top with a cucumber slice, and sprinkle with dill and serve!

  • 1 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P
  • 2 oz Ginger Ale
  • 1 oz Passion Fruit or Pineapple Juice
Directions
  • Add all liquids to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake until well chilled.
  • Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a lemon wedge.

  • 1/2 Cup(s) Quaker® Quick Grits - Original
  • 2 Cup(s) Water
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dash(s) of garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Top with chopped scallions and/or 1 tsp butter, if desired
Directions
  • Bring water to a boil; slowly stir in grits; return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 4-5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • Add cheese and garlic powder.
  • Continue cooking 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted.
  • Add salt to taste; sprinkle with paprika.
